Our OliveEmotion has another partnership, this time, with Portugal Nosso – Portuguese Gastronomy and Niche Products. Portugal Nosso is a celebration of the best that the country has to offer.

The plataform that establishes connection with small producers from north to south of Portugal and with the world, wants to make known what is best done in Portugal. At the same time provides all Portuguese – living in Portugal or abroad – with access to the most genuine flavors of this Portugal while demonstrating that niche products do not have to be inaccessible.

Portugal Nosso also has on its Blog a recipe line with signature by Chef Elísio Bernardes in which simple techniques are shared to give wings to creativity in the kitchen.

Fidu Foods

OliveEmotion has established another exciting partnership with Fidu Foods. These two Portuguese brands that have known each other practically since the beginning, have a lot in common, so this partnership immediately made sense for both.

Fidu was born out of the need to find safe food alternatives for those with allergies and intolerances. They provide inclusive, easy and practical food to prepare. Allergen free, gluten free, lactose free and vegan. No GMOs or artificial additives.

In partnership with OliveEmotion, they developed a recipe for Olive Oil Cake that is an adaptation of the typical Alentejo recipe that results from the combination of two Portuguese products: the preparation for Fidu Cake, free of allergens, gluten, lactose and vegan, to which they added OliveEmotion Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The Cook Lab Project

OliveEmotion has partnered with The Cook Lab Project created by Chef Tomás Pereira with a view to enhancement of Portuguese products and recipes where it explores new techniques, new trends and new flavors through molecular cuisine. For Chef Tomás Pereira cooking is the purest union of science with art. The Chef has already visited some of the best restaurants and hotels in Lisbon such as the Feitoria and worked with some of the best national Chefs. His route through the kitchen also passed the British restaurant Fat Duck *** distinguished with three Michelin stars where he worked with the celebrated Heston Blumenthal.

The Partnership OliveEmotion and Ana Rosado is at the origin of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil OliveEmotion. This partnership enabled us to work on a set of innovative technical solutions, resulting in a high quality product.

At the origin of the superior quality of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil OliveEmotion lies the partnership with Ana Rosado since beginning of 2018.

With her, a first blend was developed mainly with Portuguese olive varieties, rigorously selected by it’s perfect sanitary and maturation condition and extracted in a modern mill with the best preservation conditions.

The partnership allows working with a set of innovative technical solutions that, through methodologies focused in valuing what is done best in Portugal, originates products of high quality, adequate to the needs of the national and international markets and associated to a concept of modernity and youth that the brand wants to convey.
